Tshiamo Ngakane is an experienced business development executive with almost two decades of senior management experience across the technology, automotive, sport and economic development sectors. He has a proven track record in designing and managing commercially driven and developmental programmes with deep expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, performance management and project execution.
His career includes executive leadership in technology-enabled business process development, advisory roles in supplier and enterprise development, and senior positions in investment promotion within the automotive manufacturing sector. Tshiamo has led large-scale strategic initiatives, developed significant investment pipelines, formalised partnerships with multinational corporations and government entities contributing to strengthened supply chains across key industries.
In his roles as founder and Executive Director at NTN Management and ICSL, Tshiamo has developed sports management consulting and development initiatives focused on strategy development and implementation of high-performance sports programmes including development of the most success sports development academy in South Africa. Additionally as a Director at ESCA Foundation, South Africa’s leading high-performance school sports institution with a student body with over 60% of the athletes attaining full professional, world, national and provincial distinction Tshiamo is responsible for reducing financial barriers for elite young athletes by providing access to world-class academics, coaching and mental wellness support.
Tshiamo brings a unique ability to align commercial objectives with broader developmental outcomes, working effectively with corporate executives, government stakeholders, industry bodies and international partners.
